Certified food grade, so they do two jobs in my house. One or two cups in the bath, and a small pinch in a litre of filtered drinking water. It makes the water taste soft. These come from a lake on the Tibetan Plateau, more than 3,000 metres above sea level, and they carry over 16% elemental magnesium.
