Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $49 and Express Post Australia-Wide for $15. (Orders under $49 are shipped at a flat rate of $9.95)

All orders to New Zealand are shipped Express. We offer free express shipping to New Zealand for all orders over $99. For New Zealand orders under $99, shipping is $25.

We ship to New Zealand and Australia.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a link to track your order. If you have a Clean Nectarine account you can also find a tracking link in the 'account' section of our website.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our own warehouse located on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 business hours. Orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days across Sydney and metropolitan areas (update to 7 business days to Perth and regional areas).

Can my parcel be left on my doorstep if I am not at home?

All orders are sent without the requirement for a signature and will be left in a safe place if you are not home.

How do I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at orders@cleannectarine.com.au and we will be able to update your address details.

What happens if my package goes missing?

If your package has been 'stuck in transit' for longer than expected please let us know and we will locate your parcel or resend you a new parcel ASAP.

How can I change my address in my account?

To update your shipping address you can either do this in your 'Account' section when you log into our website, or alternatively you can do this during checkout. If you have any questions please reach out to us anytime at orders@cleannectarine.com.au.
