Shipping costs

Clean Nectarine ships to Australia and NZ using Australia Post with tracking. Shipping is FREE anywhere in Australia for all orders over $59. For all orders under $59 shipping has a flat rate of $9.95. We also offer Express Post anywhere in Australia for $15.

For our NZ customers, we use Australia Post International Express with tracking. Shipping is free for all NZ orders over $99 and $25 for orders under $99.

Dispatch and delivery

All orders are picked and packed from our own warehouse in Sydney using a fully automated fulfilment solution to ensure speed and accuracy. Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours Mon-Fri. Delivery times are 1 to 3 business days in Sydney and metro areas, and up to 5-7 business days to WA and regional locations.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. If you have an account, the link is also under Orders.

Not home?

Parcels are sent without a signature and will be left in a safe place. If you require a signature, please reach out and let us know.

Broken or damaged in transit?

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is broken or damaged, email orders@cleannectarine.com.au with a photo and your order number and we'll send a full replacement.

Need to change your address or chase a parcel?

Email orders@cleannectarine.com.au as soon as you can and we'll update the address, or track down the parcel and resend if it's stuck in transit.
