Refund policy

Returns

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email orders@cleannectarine.com.au. Returns need to be sent to: Clean Nectarine Returns, 8/15 Jubilee Ave, Warriewood NSW 2102.

If you have opened or used your products and are unhappy, you can always contact us to discuss alternative products and swaps at orders@cleannectarine.com.au.

Broken or damaged in transit?

Email orders@cleannectarine.com.au with a photo and your order number and we'll send a full replacement. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Wrong items

All orders are picked and packed from our own warehouse in Sydney using a fully automated fulfilment solution to ensure speed and accuracy. However, if we have sent you the wrong item, you may keep the item(s) we sent free of charge. Contact us and we will send you the correct item right away.

Out of stock items

In the rare case where we do not have an item in stock that you ordered, we will send you a similar item free of charge and contact you with the option of a refund, or to have the ordered item sent out at a later date (usually within 3 to 14 days).

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
