Refund policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@cleannectarine.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Clean Nectarine Returns, 8/15 Jubilee Ave, Warriewood NSW 2102. 

If you have opened or used your products are are unhappy, you can always contact us to discuss alternative products and swaps at orders@cleannectarine.com.au

Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us if the item is damaged in anyway so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wrong Items
If we have sent you the wrong item, you may always keep the item(s) we sent free of charge. Please contact us and we will send you the correct item right away.

Out of Stock Items
If we have made a mistake and do not have an item in stock that you ordered, we will send you a similar item Free of charge and contact you about a refund or an option to have the ordered item sent out at a later date (usually this is within 3-14 days). 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
