Water Filter Jugs vs Benchtops vs Portables, What's the Difference?

All three filter tap water. The difference is how much water they hold, how long the filters last and where you can use them.

1. Jug

Water filter jugs

We sell two water filter jugs, the 1.5 litre MyWaterJug and the 1 litre AceBio+. The MyWaterJug filter lasts up to 300 litres, around 90 days, and the AceBio+ filter set lasts up to 4,800 litres, around 2 years, and adds more than 60 trace minerals. Jugs are great for home, to share with colleagues in the work kitchen, and to take with you when you travel, stay in a hotel or go camping.

2. Benchtop

Benchtop water filters

We sell six benchtop water filters in 5.25, 7 and 10 litre sizes, in black or grey. They all use the same filtration system, with the 10 litre BIO 1000 adding two extra stages. Each one has a tap at the front and needs no electricity or plumbing, so they suit families and busy households.

3. Portable

Portable water filters

We sell two Waterman portable water filters, and the only difference is the colour, blue or black. The 600ml Waterman is great to have on your desk at work or to filter water on the go, and it uses the same filter cartridge as the MyWaterJug, lasting up to 300 litres, around 90 days. It's a filter, not a sealed water bottle, so keep it upright in a bag.
