I purchased this product after investigating its properties. The main health issue I was trying to address was chronic constipation caused by medication. Unfortunately it has not helped me in this area but the other benefits have definitely surprised me. I have not been able to grow my fingernails for more years than I care to remember. My nails have always split and peeled. After taking this for over 6 weeks now I am surprised to see my nails growing and they are stronger. They are not breaking/splitting/peeling at the drop of a hat. My other surprise is the extra hair growth I am getting and my hair is not breaking as easily as it was.
