Hello Period

Hello Period is a New Zealand brand, started in 2017 by two best friends, a journalist and a registered nurse. The cups come in a range of sizes and shapes, including ones designed for a low or a high cervix, and they're made from medical grade TPE, which is silicone free and recyclable. The Hello Disc is their more innovative version of a period cup, one size fits most, sitting higher and tucking behind the pubic bone, so it suits all cervix heights and can be worn with an IUD. My favourite product from the range is the reusable pads, which are independently lab tested and verified free from PFAS, and hold three times more than a regular pad.
