Elektra Magnesium is an Australian company making food grade magnesium flakes, creams, sprays, supplements and even skincare. I first met the Elektra team at the Organic Expo back in 2010, where I fell in love with not just the brand, but with magnesium. My favourite product from the range is the Food Grade Magnesium Mineral Salt Flakes. You can add a handful in the bath, as well as a couple of flakes into your water, for an easy way to top up your hydration. They're sourced from a pristine lake on the Tibetan Plateau, over 3,000 metres above sea level, and contain more than 16% elemental magnesium.
