Elektra Magnesium is a family owned Australian company with a range of pure Magnesium Chloride products. Their magnesium is naturally sourced from the Tibetan Plateau located 3,000 metres above sea level. My favourite product in this range is their food grade magnesium flakes, I add a few flakes to my drinking water for energy and a handful in my bath for the best sleep.
