The Elektra Magnesium Flakes are food grade Magnesium Chloride mineral salts tested in Australia by an independent laboratory. Sourced from naturally evaporated Tibetan salt water located 3,000m above sea level in the Tibetan Plateau. These fast dissolving crystal flakes contain over 16% elemental Magnesium. Ideal for transdermal absorption through a warm bath/foot bath or add a pinch to your drinking water to reap the electrolyte benefits for enhanced hydration. Vegan.

Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate Food Grade (98% MgCl2.6H20, min 46% MgCl2).

Pour 1 to 2 cups into bath water (for a foot soak, add a 2 tablespoons to half a bucket of warm water)

Add a small pinch (approx 0.5g) to 1 litre drinking water.

Keep air tight. Flakes will draw moisture if exposed to air for too long.
