Amazing Oils Magnesium Joint Bath Flakes

Magnesium Chloride Flakes, Dimethyl Sulfone (MSM) Sodium Bicarbonate, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger Oil)

Open the container and pour 1/2 a cup of flakes into a regular-sized bath or a tablespooninto a foot soak. For children, adapt the amount of flakes depending on their age and the amount of water being used (i.e. A baby bath should use approximately 1 tablespoon of flakes).

These flakes will dissolve immediately upon contact with water, so we recommend thoroughly resealing the container after use. 

Our Joint Magnesium Flakes are suitable for both cold & warm soaks up to 39°C (But don’t worry, you don’t need to carry a thermometer around)! The general rule of thumb is if you’re sweating, the water is too hot and your body isn’t effectively absorbing magnesium.

Our Joint Magnesium Flakes contain no chemicals, additives or nasties.
