Fluoride Free Toothpaste

All toothpaste sold at Clean Nectarine is fluoride-free. It's also free from these ingredients found in mainstream toothpaste:

Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) · Triclosan

As well as Phenoxyethanol, which can be found in toothpaste marketed as natural. We don't allow artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours either.

A note on Triclosan. You may see some clean beauty stores that list triclosan as not allowed as part of their ingredient policy. The big brands moved away from it years ago, and Colgate replaced it with stannous fluoride back in 2019. It is still permitted in toothpaste sold in Australia though, so we do keep checking for it.

PFAS Free Dental Floss

None of the dental floss sold at Clean Nectarine contains:

PFAS · PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene, also known as Teflon) · PFOA · PFOS · Petrochemical waxes

How the Clean Nectarine Ratings Work For Dental Care

Every product sold at Clean Nectarine must first pass our NO List. We then go one step further and rate every product out of 3 nectarines , based on the ingredients in that specific formula.
