Scoop out the balm using the included spatula. Massage into dry skin in circular motions to clear pores, release impurities and melt away heavier makeup around the lip and eye area. Add water and continue massaging as the balm turns milky, then rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a clean towel. Use on its own or as the first step in a double cleanse.
