The Nightly Wellness Drink is vegan, gluten-free and keto-friendly. However, it also contains ayurvedic herbs, which are less studied in Western countries. We don’t recommend children under 14 or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding use this product without consulting their healthcare professional.

If you suffer from severe low blood pressure or chronic kidney disease, please consult your healthcare professional before supplementing magnesium.

Blend 1 heaped teaspoon (6g) in 200ml of warm-hot water or your preferred choice of milk. Consume immediately.

The sweet spot is about an hour before bed. Enjoy 1-2 serves per day (but be warned, it will make you sleepy!)
