Dab it anywhere the sun naturally kisses the skin.
The new Mukti Golden Glow Bronzing Drops has just launched. This is a facial serum with niacinamide, ceramides and knotgrass extract, so it's skincare with the added benefit of a beautiful golden glow. It's the perfect product for me because I always forget to put fake tan on my face, so I can easily add this wash off version instead.
Plus it's got great clinical studies. In Mukti's 7 day consumer trial of 37 people, 92% agreed their skin looked more radiant, 84% agreed their complexion looked more even and 84% agreed their skin looked healthier.
Like the rest of the Mukti range, it's packaged in their biophotonic black glass. It's fragrance free, microbiome friendly and made in Australia.
What's in it
It's made with a base of aloe vera and certified organic jojoba oil to hydrate the skin, plus niacinamide, a form of vitamin B3 that helps balance oil and supports the skin's own ceramide production.
It contains three ceramides (AP, EOP and NP), which closely match the lipids that make up 50% of our skin barrier.
It also contains an ingredient called knotgrass extract, a plant-based active that can help protect against infrared ageing as well as UV and blue light. It can also help keep the skin firm and elastic and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
The beautiful golden bronze colour comes from mineral pigments (mica, iron oxides, tin oxide and titanium dioxide), with no chemical bronzers, dyes or self tan.
How to use it
Use it as the final step in your skincare routine, after your serum, moisturiser or face oil. Dab a few drops on the tops of the cheeks, down the bridge of the nose, across the forehead and neck, and onto the shoulders and decolletage, anywhere the sun naturally kisses the skin, and blend it in. It's buildable, so add more for a deeper bronze. You can also add it to your moisturiser to turn it into a tinted moisturiser. And if your mineral sunscreen leaves a white cast, blend a few drops over the top to warm it up.
Who it's for
It suits all skin types and every skin tone, and it's non-comedogenic. On lighter skin it works as a bronzer, and on deeper skin tones it gives a luminous glow on the brow bone, cheeks and cupid's bow. Mukti also recommends it for anyone managing skin barrier sensitivity.
