I was hesitant to fork out the money for one that didn't have many reviews yet. I decided to try this mattifying one because I tend to get oily throughout the day and I thought the luminous primer would just make me oilier. First up it feels AMAZING and is just like the other expensive primers out there. I'm amazed that 100% pure are able to reproduce an equally effective product but with much cleaner ingredients. Why don't all the companies do this?! Anyway, I wear this primer over my oil serums and organic sunscreen and it really helps to reduce the shine from those products. Usually I go over it with the 100% pure tinted moisturiser or a dusting of powder foundation and it looks great! I think it gives me a flawless finish without looking cakey fakey. It is a bit pricey but a little seriously goes a long way. My makeup stays on all day and even lasts through the 37deg sweaty days. Highly recommend if you're after a clean primer that is exactly like the big branded ones...

Loving my first few wears of this primer. Glides on like silk and gives a smooth base for foundation. I like to just use a few sweeps of pressed powder whenever possible (no cream foundation) during the day but hate it when I have powder sitting in my forehead lines and when it wears off my oily nose and chin area as the day goes on. Not anymore! Will be prepping with primer every day now - it's so light on my skin and still feels like my skin breathes. Beautiful product.

I wasn't expecting much with this primer..i just simply wanted a primer for my combo skin and buy another 100% pure product so I can avail of the gift promo. When I first tried this, it felt amazing on my skin! Leaves my skin feeling so soft and kept those oil at bay. I work long shifts so I was so glad this nasty-free primer kept my make up in place. I even apply this on it's own on days I don't feel like wearing make up and just love how it feels on my skin - so soft, fresh and I know it's nasty-free! Very happy with this product!

I have been using this for about 2 weeks now and have been pleasantly surprised by how well it works. It goes on silky smooth and certainly helps make my makeup last through the day. It's been great for my oily/combo skin and looks great when used with the 100% pure BB cream. I was hoping to use up some of my left over makeup and have found it's not as effective at the matte finish with my other brand mineral powders but still better than some of the big name primers and it's all natural!!

This is the best primer I've ever used for oily skin. Helps keep it matt and gives a beautiful smooth finish. Also weightless on the skin. Highly recommend giving it a try.

I have oily, blemish prone skin and this stops my makeup from sliding off and seems to be clearing up my breakouts. A beautiful product.

I'm so glad i discovered this. I've been using silicone and mousse primers for years and now this works just as well. It's a lovely gel texture that smooths and mattifies.

Definitely does a great job of making skit look and feel matt. Its great for oily skin, and not acne breakouts. I will buy again and use all the time

I found this to be fantastic for my oily skin, much better than the Vapour primer. I will def be buying this again. It does take a little while to sink into your skin though, just enough time to brush your teeth, then you're ready to apply makeup.

I wear this without makeup over my face cream as you would a primer and it smooths my skin and make's it look beautiful, makes my skin matte and helps with fine lines around my eyes. But i wore it with makeup yesterday, at the Melbourne show i flew in the air at crazy feets and 1. My makeup didn't move. 2. my pores weren't there. 3. No makeup creasing under my eyes or around my mouth things were so smooth, 4. Even my boyfriend noticed. 5. i was matte all day long. 6. when i went to remove my makeup, it still tried to hold onto the primer for dear life! INCREDIBLE PRODUCT, INCREDIBLE INGREDIENTS, INCREDIBLE WITHOUT MAKEUP OR WITH MAKEUP. Smooths pores, makes skin matte and wrinkles or fine lines gone i have combination skin i am 20 years old and it's the best primer i've ever used. Oh my god, like silk on my skin! This is staying my primer, it's incredible i highly recommend you buy this now if you haven't already.

I cannot believe how good this is...and it's natural <3. I would never attempt to use a foundation without this first, REALLY REALLY happy!!!!

This primer has a beautiful texture and leaves my skin feeling velvety! I do think that it makes my make up slide off easily, but only because i have extremely oily skin and live in super humid climates. This is great to wear in winter!

I can not believe how light and silky this feels on my skin. It doesn't feel like a mask like many primers do. My skin can breathe and I don't need to worry about breakouts. My makeup stays put- this is a must have for natural foundations ( liquid or mineral powder) because they lack the staying power of conventional products. I was deciding between the luminous primer and this one, but I have oily skin, so I am glad I chose this. I wear it under the 100% pure BB cream and my skin glows but is not oily ALL day. Awesome!

Just as good as the original 'luminous primer' if not even better. Feels like satin on the skin and my makeup stays put all day till I wash it off before bed. Beautiful ingredients too as expected from 100% Pure products. Love it.

I had been putting a few oil serums on under my moisturiser and then my make over the top.
the first time I used this primer I put it over the top of the serums and moisturiser, but found my foundation was slipping of.
But once I ditched the serums and just put two coats of rosehip day cream under the primer it worked perfectly, keeps my make up in place and no shine.
I might try the luminosity one next time as I have dry skin with break outs and find I end up with a few lines around my mouth with this one.
Overall it's a grate product!

Smells great. Feels great. Goes on smooth and a little goes a long way. Didn't keep me matte all day under foundation but I've got fairly oily skin and it worked better than other primers I've used, and I find I don't need to use much foundation when I use this primer. Lovely used on its own without makeup. Would buy this again.

Have tried this primer after using the luminous. I do have an oily t-zone so thought this would be a better match for my skin type. Found that I still develop a shine through the day whereas I did not with the luminous. This primer has a different texture to the luminous one (prefer the luminous) and feels like it leaves a residue on the skin but is not visible. This is ok as a barrier between make-up and your skin but will be going back to the luminous one after I finish this bottle. Loved the luminous one - best on the market!!

I received a sample in my last box, and it was amazing! Needless to say.. I'm coming back to buy a big one! In WA the days can get pretty hot, my make-up stayed stuck! Very Impressed!

I bought this to try as eyeshadow primer rather than an all over primer as I don't really have trouble with foundation staying on but I do with eyeshadow. I was pretty sceptical about whether this would be effective but it does certainly make a substantial difference to the longevity of my eyeshadow. No, it doesn't stay on all day or remain perfect throughout but I didn't expect it to. I was drawn to this particular product as it does not contain mica. For some reason my eyelids will tolerate mica in a pressed eyeshadow but mica in lotions/foundations or loose powder irritates them immensely. Good product for me.

This primer feels so beautiful to put on, and I have noticed the improvement in the look and texture of my foundation after I out it on. I have to wait a little while after putting on my morning moisturiser, otherwise it would make my foundation to streaky.

This is a pretty good product. Works well but find my skin is still pretty shiny towards the end of the day.

I tried this after the Luminous primer as I thought it would be more suitable for my super oily T-zone. I prefer the Luminous one. I still got really oily across my forehead and nose throughout the day. It kind of has a slippery texture, which is good for smoothing over pores though. I prefer a texture that sinks into the skin more. Nice, but not my favourite.

I like this primer, it doesn't break me out and I find my makeup lasts longer and goes on smooother when I use it. I still get a bit oily towards the end of the day, so not completely mattifying. I would repurchase though as it is the first primer I've used that doesn't break me out.

Unfortunately this product didn't work for my oily skin as my makeup slid off not long after application. The gel itself is lovely and light, just not suitable for me.

I find it hard to find primers that suit my oily sin, but this one does a good job of reducing shine, and feels really light to wear. I'm really happy with it. I would give it even more stars if it was skin colour as I love a primer to also be a bit of a base!
