Have been using the Lysine for a number of years and I highly recommend. It is very effective in calming my lips.

A wonderful product! Really helps key your lips moist. However, it is much friendlier to apply in the lipstick style format instead of the squeeze tube. I would love to be able to obtain it again in the lipstick style format that as opposed to the squeeze tube. Thank you. Lorna

This lip balm has mostly great ingredients. Not sure how well it works yet, but it came quickly, so I'm thankful for that!

Great lip balm! Definitely feels hydrating on dry lips. Four stars because it does tend to feel a little too oily or thin.

I used be so in love with this product until the put it in a squeezable tube. Just not the same and no lip applicator. The chapstick version was elite and I'm so heartbroken as a loyal customer why they would change it :(

Just ran out of my original stock. New product is terrible, can definitely tell a difference in formula and ingredients! Have used this product for 12 years and always bought multiple at once, unless it changes back to the chapstick you just lost a long time customer.

It smells nice but I don't like the applicator if you can call it that, just comes out of a tube. And it's a little gritty.

Used this product for years and it worked sooo well. Unfortunately the new version (more like vasoline) does not seem to be as effective.... suspect it's a different formula.
Also..... the new style tube is designed so it needs to be applied with your fingers - making it less hygienic if you are on-the-go and do not have a way to clean your hands.

This is an excellent lip balm to have on hand for those that suffer from coldsores, or just for daily use to keep them at bay. Very nourishing blend.

For a lip balm, I got the liquid tube version, and the top of the tube is super awkward and flat, sort of like a hand cream with no applicator top so I have to use my finger to apply and then it gets all over my fingers so I would say it'd be nice to have some sort of applicator in place.

This makes my lips feel great and soft, thank you.

I used to be a huge fan of the original lip balm, and would order five at a time. However, they recently switched to the squeeze packaging which changed the formulation, and it's not as great (it actually makes my lips more chapped throughout the day). The tube gets clogged, and it's not ergonomically designed for lips (which is annoying). PLEASE bring back the original balm!!

Have had my lip balm for 2 wks and love the smell and feel on my lips. Lucky or unlucky for me I also had a cold sore come up on my lip. Wanting to know if I had made a wise investment I continued to use where needed. After just 3 days my cold sore has dried and almost gone with no swelling or pain that I usually get. 100% recommend this product for everyday use or when needed

Please tell us you're switching back to the old, normal tube. How could anyone pass these horrible, unhygienic, and weird new containers through design and testing? No one wants to squirt it on their finger to apply and the screw tip is rough on your lips when you try to apply that way. And it's hard to get the right amount out. It just completely boggles my brain that this was okayed.
