The Hello Disc Sea Fog is a menstrual disc co-designed by world-renowned menstrual cup and disc expert Kim Rosas and a Registered Nurse, featuring a double-looped tab for easy removal. Made from 100% premium medical-grade silicone, the Hello Disc provides hours of leak-proof protection and holds 50ml, equivalent to approximately 5 tampons.
This handy 'one size fits most' disc with a 68mm diameter and 48mm looped tab sits higher than a menstrual cup and tucks behind the pubic bone. This disc suits all cervix heights and can be worn with an IUD. I've given this disc 4 stars because it is fantastic - extremely soft and bendy. It's easy to insert and works very well for me on day 1 and beyond day 4 of my cycle. For some reason, it doesn't sit that well behind my pubic bone (which could be due to my low cervix) it also doesn't work so well when I'm lifting weights but again not sure if that's because I've had two kids and my pelvic floor is not what it used to be 🤣

So glad I finally switched from a cup to this disc! So much easier to insert, much more comfortable and does not leak at all. Wish I'd purchased sooner. Highly recommend
