Each 50mL bottle of Elektra Magnesium Oil Roll-On contains approximately 30.8 grams of magnesium chloride hexahydrate in solution of purified water (61.8%). In addition: Vegetable glycerine, Cocoyl proline, Caprylyl/Capryl glucoside, Potassium sorbate, Sodium borate, and the essential oils of Mandarin, Juniper berry and Rosalina.

Roll on directly onto muscles or joints and massage gently into the skin. For dry or sensitive skin, apply Elektra Magnesium Cream or a fat like tallow, jojoba oil, rosehip oil, etc, then layer the roll-on over the top. Magnesium chloride salt needs a certain ratio of fats available for optimal absorption into skin.
