The Elektra Island Spice Magnesium Cream is a mild strength magnesium chloride body cream with 15% magnesium chloride. Designed to be used as a daily magnesium supplement absorbed via the skin, two teaspoons delivers approx 300mg elemental magnesium. This all natural body lotion has a light geranium aroma and is made with organic ingredients including Mango Seed and Cocoa butters, Vitamin E and Niacinamide. Suitable for all skin types and can be used on the face and body.

Such an effective and fast acting cream. Ive now used it for around 4 years and there is no comparison. If you have leg cramps this is sensational and 3 to 4 days of use will often fix the issue. My magnesium is often low due to medication and this is my saviour. I love the smell too.

Best cream for after exercise and a nightly rub before bed. Magnesium is the forgotten electrolyte and being able to absorb magnesium through the skin is way more effective than pills. Stops the diarrhea that pills cause so my body can absorb the nutrients. Our bodies depend on magnesium to function. Ill be back for more!
