Wonderful to relax me and help put me back to sleep

I have found it very successful, so much so that I am afraid to not use it in case I don't sleep!!

Both myself and my mother have been struggling with foot pain. I started applying Magnesium lotion at night to my feet and the morning foot pain disappeared. I gave some to mum to try she felt so much improvement with her feet she asked me to order her some more. Shame the bottles aren't bigger. We've both been using it every night so it disappears fast just like our foot pain.
