I mostly use it for back and legs, I have fibromyalgia.It helps to relax the legs and makes it easier to fall asleep.

I have tried other brands of transdermal magnesium and gave up because my very sensitive skin would burn, even after washing it off - it would still burn and sting. I LOVE THIS. I was extremely wary and cautious - but I had nothing to worry about. It doesn’t sting at all - except naturally on a cut, etc. By the way I have quite dry skin too. I can spray it on, rub it in and NOT have to wash it off. WOW. It really helps with my whole body pain, I have fibromyalgia and CFS, Hashimotos, migraines, occipital neuralgia. It helps to ease and relax my tight muscles. I find it quite easing of mental tension too. It is perfect. I have been telling everyone about it. I also have eczema/ dermatitis and it has helped to clear it up - but too much is a bit drying (when not rinsing it off). It has helped me feel more relaxed and ready to sleep, also with cramping / restless legs. FANTASTIC PRODUCT!

I have this one for myself and young child. Applied every night before bed it helps us both get a good solid sleep.
I have noticed the difference in using it but if I miss it , Im waking up during the night, so its definitely something I need!

I’ve been using this product of years and just love it.

Sensitive Magnesium Oil never lets me down! I have been prone to muscle spasms for most of my long life and wish this product had been available in my youth. I keep it close by and find relief from mostly leg cramping within a short space of time. Other family members also now use it, including young grandchildren experiencing growing pains. For our family it is a winner!

I have had difficulty taking oral magnesium and was recommended this product. I have very sensitive skin so purchased the sensitive oil to try. It is light and easy to rub in without leaving any oily residue. I have successfully used it to help relieve back pain and aching legs. It works well and I am very happy to finally find a way to take magnesium supplements.

Whenever I have a twinge, I spray liberal amounts of this magnesium oil and it works straight away. Excellent bottle that you can use to spray awkward angles on your back without the oil spilling out.

I spray this on my partner’s feet at night. It’s a great way to get magnesium into him. It helps him sleep & not cramp at much.

I love this oil it works so well the only reason I gave it 3 stars is because I have very sensitive skin that reacts with Magnesium oil and even though this is for sensitive skin it still stings a little but just for a couple of seconds.

It doesn't make my skin itchy or sticky (like some others I've used previously) and I get a much better night's sleep.

This is great for sore tight muscles. I still get some itchiness with this one but less than the 'original' version
