Created with a buttery soft texture that melts upon application, this luxurious oil-based cleanser transforms into a milky emulsion when mixed with water and effectively removes makeup, SPF, dirt, and pollution without causing irritation. Use a beauty spatula to disperse (approximately 5 cent piece amount). Apply to dry skin and gently massage over the face, neck and décolletage with fingertips. Wet hands and continue to massage, allowing the balm to melt onto your face and wash your cares away. Remove any residual balm with bamboo mitt or wet flannel.
