I love this balm. I know some folks say it's hard to get off but i remove with a warm damp hand cloth and it's fine. My skin is older and prone to dryness now and since using this it's a lot better. I've repurchased several times.

Beautoful creamy cleansing balm that feels nice on the skin, not stripping like a typical face wash. I often use it as my first wash to remove makeup when I am double cleansing and it it perfect for that. Will continue to repurchase.

This cleanser is intriguing. It's not like any other cleanser I've used. I don't like how it seems to stay on, regardless of how thoroughly I try to remove it. But it does cleanse well. It's just that it leaves you with another film to remove! I'm glad I tried it, but doubt I'll repurchase.

I've been using the Go-To Oil cleanser and just started using this too after getting it in the winter box.
I've always been a foaming cleanser person for my combination skin. But Go-To Oil cleanser really changed my perspective. I only use cleansers like these now.
It cleans perfectly, removes make up and leaves skin with moisture. Best wiped off with a warm water on a muslin cloth.

So much hard plastic with this brand... hard to take
this cleanser is nice - but hard work - has sat on the. bench for a while - very greasy. Need to either double cleanse or wah your cloth each time

I love this stuff, so smooth and silky. I use it to melt all my make up, no eye stinging!

It's very thick and greasy and didn't feel like my face was clean. My pores didn't feel cleansed at all, after wearing makeup I like to know it's all washed off. So it's a no from me. However- I am using in my hair prior to shampooing, like a hair mask, and I love it for that!

Im loving this. I've started double cleansing and use this first. Really feels like it keeps more moisture in my face.
Bit weird at the start as it's a balm, but I really like using it and using a different cleanser after doesn't leave the oily balm feeling.

Was sceptical as I'm prone to dry adult acne, but this is awesome. Needs to be wiped off with a reusable wipe but I've never had a cleanser that takes off all make-up and leave a striped skin feel

My skin loves this, but I don't unless I REMOVE IT PROPERLY- through some trial and error I found it needs to be removed with a dry cotton face cloth (even my microfibre makeup removers don't really get this off). I found the cleanser easily removed non-waterproof mascara, all-day waterproof brow product and sunscreen. But because it is so thick it needs to be manually removed and then rinsed with warm water- would be great for 1st cleanse in a 2 step. its also great for underarms and bikini area.
Won't be buying it again purely because I can get the same results with other easier cleansers- which don't leave me with cloths to wash!

I absolutely love love love this balm. I have never used a cleansing balm before and this one has changed my mine forever. The smell is beautiful, you wake up in the morning with a hydrated face. It removes the grit of the day.

This is a great alternative to stripping my skin with harsh cleansers after wearing makeup. I love that it melts mascara away instead of leaving me with panda eyes. Also doesn't sting my eyes and is very gentle overall.

I use it morning and night, it's gentle enough first thing on its own and at night I use after a cleansing foam to really get my skin nice and clean. I've repurchase twice now, I love it.

I have normal to dry skin. With plenty of dehydration. I bought this balm for my first cleanse at night to help with make up. It was so thick that not only did I need a second cleanse I needed a third. The feel and smell was so beautiful but even with skin verging on dry it was too much for me. It only started removing my makeup once I used warm water. Which I wouldn't normally use as I prefer cold water.
So if you like a thicker balm that you need heaps of extra work to remove this is for you. I didn't like it though.

if you want a heavy thick emollient cleanser this is it! It's easy to apply as it melts easily on your fingers. Start with a single smear from the jar or it'll get thick and greasy quickly. Good for removing make-up and zinc based sun cream from the face. You must use a face cloth to remove while rinsing and better under the shower. It has a very light citrus fragrance which I wish was stronger as it's lovely.

This cleanser is super hydrating, it leaves your skin feeling moisturised after cleansing. I don't even have to put moisturiser on after. I have never had that after cleaning my skin. Smells nice too.

This product wasn't for me. It was too greasy and sticky, and very hard to wash off, no matter how long I tried to scrub it off, there was always a little bit of residue left. I much prefer the Happy Skincare 'Cloud 9' Deep Cleansing Balm.

I have been using this 100% Pure Blood Orange Cleansing Balm for about 12 months now and I just love it. Yes it is quite greasy but that is what gets makeup off exceptionally well. I have been using a two step cleansing regime for years now and after I wipe off the Blood Orange Cleaning Balm I use a gently foam cleanser and wash it all off with warm water. I then use my face oil and my moisturiser and my face feels nicely cleaned and fresh. Oh and the blood orange smells devine.

I have eczema and very dry skin. This is the only cleanser I can use. Not only is it great for my skin it feels so luxurious and smells divine.

I have dry skin and really love this product for my night-time cleanse. The smell is absolutely divine. I use a small amount, wipe off excess with a tissue then use a muslin cloth soaked in hot water to remove the rest. It leaves my skin soft and clean. I love it.

Love this cleanser. I have always used cleansing balms and I really enjoy using this one. After cleansing I used a warm face washer to remove the product and my skin feels great!

I wasn't sure about this but absolutely love it. It lasts ages, is beautiful on skin, rubs off well, takes off my makeup and leaves skin moisturiser. Definitely recommend

This is a nice product, it cleans really well, but you need a nice warm cloth to remove.
