I decided to give it a try after reading just one positive review because I was after something which would be free of harsh chemicals but at the same time act as a good makeup remover. It's not that I use a lot of makeup but I was finding that other cleansers were not doing their job properly. Hence, a lot of pore clogging. This one has soft plesant consistency and almost no smell. It is good at removing makeup. The only downside I can find is that it can be a bit sticky, so you have to use a lot of water to remove it and you have to use a tonic/micellar water or something similar afterwards because it does leave a bit of charcoal residue on your face. The good thing is it is not harsh, so no tight feeling on the face afterwards, no peeling skin as it was happening to me when I was using something else. Probably will re-be purchasing.

So happy they are selling this cleanser again! I used it in my teens and have been unable to get it since then. It’s the most amazing cleanser, it’s completely non abrasive and doesn’t inflame my skin at all. It isn’t drying or stripping, I also believe it really helps to manage breakouts and keep a clear complexion. I love this cleanser and it really is a nourishing product that would be great for teens with acne or any skin type that struggles with breakouts.
