The new Beauty Chef Body Tone & Glow has just arrived. This is a full body glow drink. It's a protein water with creatine and collagen, and it tastes like blueberries.
It's made in Australia, gluten free, keto friendly and refined sugar free, with no artificial preservatives, flavours or sweeteners.
What's in it
Each serve has 3g of creatine, to support lean muscle mass during resistance training, along with muscle strength and energy. It's water-washed to remove impurities, and micronised so it's gentle on the gut and easier to absorb.
There's 11g of hydrolysed pea protein (20% of your RDI) to support the growth and maintenance of muscle, plus 7g of collagen peptides with 200% of your RDI of vitamin C, to support collagen formation, skin hydration and elasticity.
It also contains L-carnitine, chromium and choline to support metabolism, and the Bacillus coagulans BC99 probiotic to support protein digestion, regularity and weight management, plus acacia fibre, apple cider vinegar, kelp and blueberry!
How to use it
Mix 1 heaped tablespoon into 500mL of water or your favourite drink, once a day. It fully dissolves in water. Each 281g tub has 15 serves, and there are 53 calories in a serve. The Beauty Chef recommends pairing it with Glow.
Who it's for
It's for adults who want to build and maintain lean muscle, especially alongside resistance training, and want extra support for metabolism, weight management, gut health and skin hydration and elasticity. It's best taken daily with a balanced diet and regular exercise. It contains bovine collagen, so it's not vegan. The Beauty Chef says it's not suitable for children under 15, or for pregnant women without medical or dietetic supervision.
