Bovine collagen (37.9%), creatine monohydrate, L-glutamine, glycine, Branched Chain Amino Acids (Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine) (5.9%), L-carnitine tartrate, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavouring: organic blueberry*, acacia fibre (2.1%), hydrolysed pea protein, Bacillus coagulans BC99, fermented apple cider vinegar powder (0.8%), blue spirulina powder, ascorbic acid, sweetener: stevia extract powder, blueberry juice powder, organic kelp powder* (crustacean, fish, shellfish, mollusc), choline bitartrate (0.1%), chromium picolinate. *Organic ingredients.

Mix 1 heaped tablespoon (18.75 g) into 500 mL of water or your favourite drink and consume immediately.

Store below 25° in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Always use a dry spoon and use within 90 days of opening.
