Vanessa Megan Caffeine + HA Bright & Tight Eye Gel is a fast-absorbing cooling eye gel formulated with caffeine-rich coffee seed extract and hyaluronic acid to help depuff, hydrate and brighten the under-eye area. Niacinamide works on the appearance of dark circles and uneven tone, while beta-glucan, chamomile and calendula soothe and cushion the delicate skin around the eyes. Peppermint oil gives a cooling lift on application, and the non-sticky, soft-focus finish diffuses the look of dark circles without shimmer, so it wears just as well on its own as it does under make-up.
