Hydrolysed Protein Blend [pea, rice], creatine monohydrate, Electrolyte Complex [sodium chloride (from Australian salt), magnesium citrate, potassium citrate, calcium citrate, zinc citrate], Gut Complex™ [glutamine, fermented oolong kombucha with scoby], glycine, citric acid, alanine, natural pineapple flavour, natural orange flavour, proline, stevia extract powder, taurine, natural beta-carotene, organic coconut water powder, Vitamin B Complex [thiamine hydrochloride (B1), riboflavin (B2), nicotinamide (B3), calcium D-pantothenate (B5), pyridoxal 5-phosphate (B6), biotin (B7), Quatrefolic® levomefolate glucosamine (5-MTHF) (B9), mecobalamin (B12)].

Mix 1 tablespoon (16 g) into 500 mL of water and consume immediately.

Fully dissolvable in water.

Store below 25° in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Always use a dry spoon and use within 90 days of opening.
