Angelica sinensis (Angelica root), Asparagus cochinchinensis (Asparagus root), Rehmannia glutinosa (prepared Rehmannia root), Wolfiporia cocos (Poria mushroom), Paeonia lactiflora (White peony), Schisandra chinensis (Schisandra berry), Lycium barbarum (Goji berry) and Ziziphus jujuba (Jujube fruit) 10:1 extract powders.
Adults: Mix 1.2g in 250ml of warm water and drink immediately. Take 3 times a day.
Works well in hot or cold drinks, broths, and meals.
Not recommended in cases of diarrhoea associated with spleen deficiency. In such cases, it is best taken in combination with or after the SuperFeast QI Blend. Contraindicated during pregnancy.
