Really happy with this product. Works a treat!

One of my favorites has become part of my morning routine. Told my work colleague and she tried it before she went to bed now uses it daily.

At 78 the aches and pains come and go. I have used this spray for a couple of year now and find it works!
Firstly for leg cramps - apply for a few days straight and cramps stop. For spasms in the back a quick rub and the tension eases. Great also for arthritic hands and wrists.

I use the Magnesium Spray daily and it seems to keep all aches and pains at bay. In addition, I don't have sugar cravings.

I’ve been using this product for 11 years now was first int to it by a friend when I had sciatia. Not a day goes by that I don’t use it every night I rub into my hands. It’s exceptional good for burns coughs and cold sores.. to be truthful I’m totally amazed what this little bottle has done for me over all those years. I never Witt a bottle by my lounge chair, sewing bag, car and handbag as well as by my bed and on kitchen bench..

I've been using the daily magnesium spray mostly on my legs, every morning and night, for about 5 weeks and am noticing aches are definitely reducing so I sleep much better.

Fantastic at stopping cramps but I do prefer the sensitive one.

I spray this on my neck and chest area each morning after my shower. I find it to be a very effective source of magnesium.

I am a senior so body soreness from being motionless in bed for hours is why I use the magnesium. I prefer body application of magnesium to Panadol or Nurofen.

Magnesium spray or lotion works.

Morning: I spray my shoulders and arms after awakening to relieve soreness and stiffness caused by hours lying in bed. It works in that there is no soreness or stiffness until the next morning.

Night: I use the magnesium in the night on both hips due to some soreness after some hours lying on the side ( with a pillow between knees for comfort ). After application I am able to go back to sleep.

I use this when I have lower back pain & it really helps.

I Like it but causes irratation of skin

My daugther uses this spray as her knees often hurt as she plays alot of sport. It definitely helps

Definitely does what it's supposed to, but I find it quite sticky.
Much prefer the joint lotions and gels.

I use this every day, it’s helped immensely with the numbness in my legs and three toes, hasn’t gone completely but certainly under control and pain bearable.

I’ve found this spray to be incredible! I’ve been suffering from bursitis in my shoulder for a few weeks and since I’ve started applying the spray to the affected area the pain has become so much more manageable! Super easy to use and doesn’t leave that “sticky” feeling like most sprays do. Highly recommend!

Helped both my sciatic nerve pain and pain from falling on my coccyx when playing Pickleball. I can now sleep. Have sent some to friends and relatives to try. I will never stop using this transdermal magnesium - a wonderful find.
