The 100% Pure Restorative Sea Culture Hydrating Toner is an intensely water-drenching toner for normal to dry skin, designed to soften, plump and refresh thirsty skin. Built on a base of Chia Seed Gel and seaweed extracts including Kelp, Irish Moss and Algae, this formula delivers sea minerals and nutrients to support a hydrated, plump-looking complexion. Hyaluronic Acid locks in moisture, while Rose Hydrosol and Witch Hazel help tone and soothe. The result is skin that feels deeply hydrated, soft and nourished. Made in the USA and vegan.

    This was a huge surprise

    I got this because it was 30% off, and for no other reason that I go through toners and serums like there's no tomorrow, because I haven't found a serum or toner that's my HG. This was a huge shock to the system, this isnt' exactly like a traditional toner, I would liken this to an essence/light serum. This is an amazing product, it adds a layer of hydration that I seriously did not even know I needed, which is embarrassing, as I'm no skincare ingenue. Buy it on sale. I like SOME 100% Pure products, but I find the brand hit and miss, this one is definitely a hit.

    Lovely product

    I love this. The consistency and the feel of my skin after using is great! Feel like I'm in the midst of a facial.

    Like previous people have said the pump is a bit tricky to work so that you don't get too much.

    All in all I'm very happy!
