I like it not as much as other shampoos I bought in here. It's an ok shampo

My latest bottle is a new formula. I miss the honeysuckle scent. On a positive note, this updated formula combined with the matching conditioner made my super long hair look clean at the roots and moisturized on the ends.

It leaves my hair very shiny

Used both the repair shampoo & conditioner consistently from start to finish but had no improvement in hair's hydration or even in the appearance of hydration -- hair continues to still be very dry & frizzy so perhaps the repair line isn't apt for curly hair, but awarding some points for decent scent

VERY NICE SHAMPOO.

I placed an order as a first time customer on Oct. 18th. Expected delivery date was Oct. 26th but it never arrived that day. It is now Oct. 28th, end of day, and it still hasn't arrived and no update in the tracking since the day it shipped (Oct. 22nd). I saw multiple reviews complaining about shipping or not receiving their product but they were from early in the year and I hoped/assumed the issue must have been resolved. Unfortunately I'm experiencing a delay just like other customers had been. I'll update my review once I do receive the products, but this is seriously frustrating. If I do like the products, I'll try ordering on Amazon next time and hopefully I'll have better luck with the shipping there. As it is, I'm not ordering from the website again. Their FAQs say that total delivery time with ground shipping takes 5-10 business days, so up to 3 more business days for me and hopefully the package will arrive. I would suggest better/faster delivery methods with good tracking. I bet most customers consider this important - I know I do. Perhaps ditching USPS completely if their shipping and tracking is so subpar - or at least do Priority shipping with USPS. It's sad because I really want to like the products and I've been really eager to receive them, but as things stand I'm already a dissatisfied customer due to this whole shipping/delivery delay.

Leaves hair very shiny

My hair wasn't in the best condition, but I've been using 100% Pure shampoos for a while now and my hair is much more healthy and happy now. I feel like I don't need the repair shampoo anymore - which is impressive to say the least! If you have very oily hair, it may not clean your hair properly - or you might have a bit of a transition phase and your hair will get used to it. For me, it also depends on how healthy I eat and such on whether this shampoo will cleanse properly or I may need something stronger. It has also worked well for me to alternate this one with another one that was a little stronger in cleansing (like the Yuzu and Pomelo Glossing Shampoo from 100% Pure). That way my hair stayed clean enough but also got all the repairing nourishment! Leaving it in longer also enhanced the cleansing effect for me. I often let it sit in my hair for quite a few minutes for a better effect - it also makes my hair feel more nourished and soft that way! I don't wash my hair very often (1-2x/week, to preserve my hair health), but if you're a daily washer than this shampoo would be perfect I think. I wouldn't mind washing my hair with this shampoo daily, without getting worried about damaging it. The scent is also very nice!

I have yet to receive my 'recent purchase'

The last time I ordered this shampoo, it was super watered down and I was furious. This time, it is much better! It's more of a gel consistency like shampoo should be. It has left my hair feeling soft, thick, and shiny. Absolutely love it.

I have been going to contact you...the shampoo you sent me is like a milky substance...runs off my hand. My friend who has ordered this before says that looks like it is missing something....I have been using it.. but hate it. The conditioner seems fine. I have used about half of it but it takes a lot of this runny stuff to clean my hair & a lot of water. I have not ordered since. What should I do...I am an unhappiness customer. Thanks!

This is a lovely Shampoo. It smells great and i was really impressed after rinsing it out, how it left my hair very lustrous and moisturized! I think it has proved to be a bit volumizing too! Great Product! Thanks 100 Percent Pure!

It's been really great, this shampoo gets deep down to my roots and really gets the grime (a few days of dry shampoo) out, followed by the conditioner, this product leaves me clean and shiny until my next wash! had a hard time finding the right shampoo/conditioner combo for my hair and I think I finally have a keeper!
