The Switch Nutrition KSM-66® Ashwagandha Capsules are a clinically studied, full-spectrum Ashwagandha root extract traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as an adaptogen to help the body adapt to stress, support emotional mood balance and assist in reducing fatigue. KSM-66® may also assist with more restful sleep by helping to calm the nervous system. Free from artificial fillers and preservatives, in a vegan-friendly hard veg capsule.
