The Weleda Arnica Muscle Soak is a soothing and relaxing bath milk that helps aid recovery during times of over-exertion. This warm bath soak combines extracts of Arnica flowers and Birch leaves with Rosemary and Lavender essential oils to help soothe body and mind while muscles and tired limbs relax.

Not recommended for children under 3 years of age or for use during pregnancy. Made in Germany, certified natural by NATRUE, vegan and packaged in glass.

Aqua (Water), Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, Potassium Olivate/Sunflower Seedate, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Lavandula Hybrida (Lavandin) Oil, Alcohol, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Betula Alba (Birch) Leaf Extract, Limonene*, Linalool*. *From Natural Essential Oils

Shake the bottle before use. Pour 2-3 capfuls into running water to disperse the bath milk. After bathing dry gently with a soft towel and relax in a warm room.Not recommended for children under 3 years of age. Instead, try Calendula Cream Bath. Nor for use during pregnancy.
