This highly pigmented, long-lasting eyebrow pencil glides over brows without leaving a waxy residue, creating the perfect face-framing arch. Enriched with nourishing Vitamin E and organic Coconut Oil to condition the skin beneath. Complete with a precision spoolie for perfect blending. Made in Italy, certified organic and vegan.
