This is an unusual item. It took me a few days to get used to this lipliner because it’s so different. It’s completely colourless so at first I wasn’t sure if it was going to do anything and it took a few applications to get used to. But the reason I bought it is because I have some deep lines around the edge of my upper lip - getting older and developing a drawstring mouth unfortunately. So I can never draw a clear outline on my top lip - it sort of bleeds which accentuates the lines - and it’s also time consuming trying to draw it. But this pencil really does blend the lipstick at that edge and draw that straight line easily, maybe by making the lipstick more emollient there or something and smoothing the cracks. Anyway it works. There’s no color outline like other lip liners but you get a clean edge around your lipstick, so it’s perfect for lips such as mine and a clever makeup solution for women with imperfect lip definition.
