The Amazing You Sleep Magnesium Lotion is a topical magnesium combining high-grade magnesium chloride with lavender and chamomile, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support restful sleep and nervous system relaxation. This fast-absorbing lotion delivers approximately 100mg of elemental magnesium per 2-3 pumps.

Active Ingredients p/mL: Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate 160mg (equivalent Magnesium 19.13mg), Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract 1.049mg/ml (from 23.26mg/ml Dry Flower), Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil 2.625mg/ml. This product contains sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.

Apply 2-3 pumps into the palm of your hand and massage into your lower back, behind your knees and tops of your feet 20 minutes before bedtime. Rub in well for the best results.

You can also apply 2-3 pumps to your upper body, chest and arms anytime during the day to assist mind relaxation.
