I use these magnesium flakes 2–3 times a week as a foot soak to help with my magnesium levels, and they seem to really help with my chronic migraines. My husband and son also love soaking in the bath with them after a hard day's work — great for sore muscles. It's become a regular part of our routine and we'll definitely keep buying them.

Great size for a truly top notch product been using them for years but love this large bucket continuer much better for me than the bags. I don't need to use as much as I think for a relaxing bath and if i don't have time then a foot bath is just the ticket. Actually the size of the bucket means im not needing to order the product as often win win
