Magnesium Chloride Flakes, Lavender Oil, Chamomile Oil.

Open the container and pour 1/2 a cup of flakes into a regular-sized bath or a tablespooninto a foot soak. For children, adapt the amount of flakes depending on their age and the amount of water being used (i.e. A baby bath should use approximately 1 tablespoon of flakes).

These flakes will dissolve immediately upon contact with water, so we recommend thoroughly resealing the container after use. 

Our Daily Magnesium Flakes are suitable for both cold & warm soaks up to 39°C (But don’t worry, you don’t need to carry a thermometer around)! The general rule of thumb is if you’re sweating, the water is too hot and your body isn’t effectively absorbing magnesium.
