After moving to regional Victoria we found our tap water smelt strongly of chlorine. We decided we needed a filter system and chose this set up. We have thoroughly enjoyed the fresh taste of our filtered water. I love the glass chamber and stainless steel tap, ensuring we stay away from nasty plastic chemicals. It looks really good sitting on the counter. I fill up everything with this water filter including the dogs bowl. Everyone Ive shown seems impressed and I love the fact that if I ever move, I can take it with me. Such a great investment for my health. I think Ill be buying the small jug next

Really awsome product. I can definitely taste and smell the difference. Our home tap water does have a chlorine smell and taste. But once its gone through the BIO MAX 500 its great. Also we have an expresso coffee machine and the flavour has really improved since using our filtered water.

Great taste and easy to set up and use. Im so happy I dont have to buy heavy cask water from the shops anymore. The filter looks great in my kitchen. I would highly recommend this filter to anyone wanting high quality drinking water. The only negative is that the water doesnt turn off fast enough and end up running over the tap lever.

After doing a lot of research this filter was the best that I could find! It removes up to 99 percent of fluoride which was very important for us. It was very easy to assemble and the water tastes great. Definitely recommend WatersCo.

I am very happy with this purchase. The water tastes as it should do without those nasty chemicals in tap water. It is so easy to maintain and re-fill. I dont have much bench space and it fits in so well and looks fantastic. Heartfelt thanks for my daughter for talking me into this purchase. She has a larger model. I no longer have to struggle with purchasing 16 bottles of water each week from my supermarket. I was concerned about cost, however in the long term I am going to save so many more dollars over time. I found this system easy to set up and very efficient. The water runs through the filter so if you havent filled it up it doesnt take long to refill it. The water is so much nicer than tap water that I am drinking more and really enjoying it. Very happy and would highly recommend!

I love the Bio 500 Max 7 Litre Bench Top Water Filter. I instantly noticed the difference in taste and so did my 9 yr old granddaughter, we did a taste test and she picked the right one. Amazing instructions so not a problem to set up. Just allow some time to do it as it is not an instant set up. Our Shire started adding fluoride to our water a year ago so it is great I am now drinking water the way it should be, clean and chemically free. Thankyou so much for a quality product.

Very nice water filter but was a little disappointed that the 7.5 lt water tank has only about 5 lt of usable water due to the positioning of the tap

Just arrived today and water quality is everything I expected, so very happy with my purchase so far. Only issue is that the design means that you cant fit even a regular glass under the spigot. I have come up with a temporary solution (upside down flower pot) which doesnt look too bad, but it wouldnt be difficult for Waters Co to offer a stand that blends in with the filter.

We are really loving the water filter! Its definitely bitter sweet here as it was my dads last purchase before he passed away unexpectedly, it actually arrived the day he died so it was hard to set it up and get it going but we did it for him, he had been so excited about the filter arriving! And he would have loved it as much or even more than we do!!! Thank you for a great product.

My son and I love our new water filter. Of course my 14 yr old thought it was BS, told me it all tastes the same until he unknowingly, after drinking the filtered water, drank a bottle in the fridge that contained tap water and literally spat it out and said this tastes like shit mum. Ha ha. So it does filter the water amazingly, he is officially sold.

Easy to assemble, looks great on the bench. Easy to use and fill. I am happy I chose the 7ltr it and would recommend it to others.

The unit itself seems good quality and the water does taste very neutral. One suggestion regarding the accessory cover, it needs a small velcro access strip to easily monitor the water level. Otherwise it is good and I use it daily. Just dropped one star because I think it is a little expensive for a 7L desktop water filter and the initial setup process is a little convoluted.
