Omg....how grateful I am to be having such nourishing water. I not only taste the difference but feel it too. This is my second Bio 500 purchase. I bought a white one for my parents home and recently saved up to get a black one for myself. I noticed the upgraded rubber at the tap outlet. However, I encountered an issue with the Micro Cotton Pad holder not fitting into the indent, see pic 2. When I pushed it down firmly, the brittle plastic broke. To make it fit, I had to modify it by removing more plastic, see pic 3. Despite this, the cotton pad isnt held snugly on the outer edges where the plastic was broken off. Its evidently too big for the hole, unlike my previous purchase, which didnt have this issue.

As a family we have contemplated the purchase of a water filter for some time. After much research we grabbed the Bio 500. 2 weeks in we couldnt be happier with our purchase. The assembly was simple with the provided instructions. It is true what they say about the water tasting and feeling different to drink, the new water drinking experience is remarkable. The 5 litre size provides great convenience for the day without worrying about running out if multiple bottles are filled at one. Whilst also being great value for money over the life of the filter. We look forward to the added health benefits we will receive from this product.

The water filters looks great in kitchen. The water now tastes like water not chemical water. We no longer need to buy bottled water so hopefully this will be a savings. The assembly instructions were a little confusing but we got there.

My experience has been fantastic, the water is 10/10! The only minor negative thing to say is that of you overfill it it leaks out the sides, other than that would highly recommend 9/10

Thank you for this amazing water filter. I can definitely taste the difference, theres this sweetness to the water and got rid of the hardness of the tap water. The email notification for filter changes is like icing to the cake. I would even pay for this service on its own! Well done on offering such great product and service!

Excellent product. The Waters Filter Unit is stylish and classy looking on my bench. Appreciate the reminder notice to change the filters....ewe, when you see the dirt and muck on the white filter.

When I read the reviews before I bought this, a lot of them said it was a little hard to put together at first, it really isnt. We watched a you tube video on it beforehand and it was so simple. We are always buying bottled water or drinking tap water, so we definitely notice the difference in taste and its so refreshing and pure. We fill ours up every night ready to go for the next day. Definitely recommend.

We have been using this filter for around a month now. Having drank tap water for so many years, the filtered water tastes sweet and much lighter. We could taste the natural sweetness of the water, if you like. Once assembled, the filter is easy to use, The 5.25 litres size is good for a small family and takes less storage space in the Kitchen. My overall experience using the BIO 500 is fantastic. Having had an old (1 litre) model for years this adds a new dimension to the kitchen and to my life! So easy to fill the glass as I pass by, I am drinking more water as a result. And after assembling, with the help of online video, I find I have many spare parts which eases the costings, knowing there is no need to buy replacement parts for years, literally. Vital item for family esp. w children. Advantages, Advanced filter set and spare filters, Portability, Glass cask, No wiring or electrical connection required, Alkalisation feature. Disadvantages, Need to top up several times depends on water taken out. Conclusion, Even though the price seems high but this product worths every dollar. My favourite feature is filtering ability of fluoride and heavy metals.

We have been wanting a WatersCo filter for a while and finally saved up to get one, no regrets! The water tastes amazing and now I have the peace of mind that all the nasties that most other filters dont get this one does plus it puts back essential minerals into the water! Love it!
