Formulated with an innovative dual-phase system that combines oil-based and water-based components to gently yet thoroughly remove even stubborn waterproof mascara and eye makeup from the delicate eye area. This carefully crafted blend features soothing Rose Water, calming Eyebright extract traditionally used for eye care, and refreshing Fennel extract to help comfort sensitive skin around the eyes. Enhanced with nourishing Sesame and Sunflower oils to help condition and strengthen eyelashes and eyebrows whilst removing makeup.
