1. Shake well: Shake the bottle thoroughly before each use to ensure the natural herbal extracts and essential oils are properly mixed.
2. Measure: Pour about half a capful of mouthwash (approximately 10-15 mL or 1/2 fluid ounce).
3. Rinse: Swish the liquid around in your mouth for a minimum of one minute. You can also use it as a potent gargle.
4. Spit out: When finished, spit the mouthwash out. Do not swallow the product.
