I love this roll on because it is quite handy when you go away it will fit into my bag easily without taking up too much room in your travel kit. It glides on easily and I don't necessarily need to rub it in, but I do just to spread it further on my skin. It really does help me to relax into sleep.

I have Restless Leg Syndrome. I prefer natural alternatives. I had success with the magnesium lotion. I found this roll-on and I LOVE it. It works as well as the lotion and is very convenient for traveling. I really like the fragrance. I find it relaxing.

Thanks for the Sleep Magnesium Gel. I much prefer the gel roll ons. So to have the sleep one in a roll in is great. I use it every night, unless I forget. Then after an hour of looking at the ceiling I realise I didn’t use it. So I will add that to my favourites list. And I love the fragrance too. Highly recommend.

I love that the gel is easy to pack for travelling and I still get the same great benefits as the sleep lotion

I had been sleeping really badly and was honestly about to go to the chemist to get some sleeping tablets, but I was reluctant because I don’t like how they leave me feeling the next day.
