Recommended adult dosage

Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening with water after food or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Store below 30ºC in an unopened container, away from direct sunlight, in a cool dry place. Do not use if cap seal is missing or broken.
