The ECO. Modern Essentials Little Pick Me Up Blend is an energising yet balancing blend of 100% pure essential oils specifically developed to create a natural and supportive environment for the whole family. This gentle formula combines citrus and herbal aromas to help refresh and provide a little extra support during morning routines or when the family needs encouragement throughout the day. Perfect for diffusing in bedrooms, kitchens or living areas to create an uplifting, positive atmosphere. Suitable for children aged 2 years and older.

Citrus sinensis (Sweet Orange Oil), Citrus aurantifolia (Lime Oil), Citrus limon (Lemon Oil), Ocimum basilicum (Basil Oil), Mentha spicata (Spearmint Oil)

Diffuser: Add 5 drops to the water chamber of your diffuser and diffuse for up to 30min.

Topically: Use a 1% dilution. Mix 1 drop with 5ml of carrier oil and massage.

Bath: Mix 2-3 drops with a carrier oil or Castile soap and add to the bath.

Note: May cause photosensitivity. Avoid sunlight after topical application.
