Hands down the best filter and best value for money. So convenient with the jug and 2 years of filters! This is the 2nd jug and filter set I've had. I wanted a 2nd jug i can keep in my office because the water just tastes so good. It also feels good knowing I am using a well tested and trusted brand.

The first time I used this I couldnt believe how clear and clean the water tasted. Definitely noticed the difference after years of using Brita. Fills faster than what I was expecting and it low cost to run. So glad I came across the Ace Bio!!

It took a long time for us to decide between the benchtop and the AceBioPlus filter jug . We wanted the bench top at first but the wait was so long. More than 6 months. We thought this company could be a scam. But upon the arrival of our jug, were happy to say its not. It requires careful reading of instructions at first. Thats why I let my wife do it. Its not a hassle refilling the jug 5 or more times a day. It takes about 3 mins to filter a litre through. Our kids like the taste. We used to use a distiller so the kids preferred the taste of distilled water, but we wanted something quiet. The running operation is cheaper than a distiller which requires power. This is now our main source of drinking water including cooking water. The filtered water tastes better than the mineral water you that buy, This filter jug will also be useful when we go camping.

The jug is easy to set up. Water tastes very nice and pure with a sweet taste and we think it tastes better than the benchtop ceramic urn, with the Doulton filter, that we have sitting in our kitchen. The jug was thankfully left at my front door and I didnt have to worry about collecting it from a post office. It is a very nice size for the fridge door and its not too heavy for us to lift and it also filters very fast. The white clip that holds the pre filter paper in place has already been snapped and broken a little on the first replacement of the pre filter, even though I was very careful to remove it and did so in the recommended way. I havent changed the pre filter for the 2nd time just yet because it is still looking quite clean and white to my eyes. Perhaps it only requires monthly replacement changes and not fortnightly. We look forward to drinking this water and my wife and I are happy with it.

The Waters Co AcebioPlus mineral water filter jug arrived a week ago and I found it to be very easy to set up and very well made. It feels nice and solid compared to other water filter jugs Ive had in the past. The jug filters water really fast and the water tastes quite sweet, likely due to the minerals being added during the filtration process. The 1 liter jug is quite small as Ive been used to using larger water filter jugs in the past. However the AceBioPlus does filter water fast and adding ice is a simple task if you like colder water, as I do. I love my water carbonated as well and this tastes even better done in that way as does have the filtered water added to blackcurrant juice, which I also love to drink. The juice tastes even better with the Waters Co AceBioPus mineral water jug and its filtration system. I was concerned that I would not be at home to collect the jug when it was delivered by Australia Post and Waters Co advised me that they dont offer Authority to leave and require a signature upon delivery however Australia Post know me well and they still left the jug at the front door for me to collect which was a nice surprise. All in all I highly recommend the Waters Co AceBio+Plus.

I love my AceBioPlus 1.0 Litre Alkaline Mineral Water Filter Jug, the water instantly tastes better. Its actually amazing, it has taken away the chemical taste of the water out of the tap and tastes delicious. The jug and filters are of high quality and very durable, it is easy to use and refill and fits perfectly in the fridge. The inclusion of the date dial is a great addition. Im obsessed. At home I have a Stefani undersink filter, which I love! I purchased the watersco jug with intention to just use it at work and to travel with, so I didnt have to worry about buying water. The watersco Jug now lives on my kitchen bench, full of water. I Love the fact it removes flouride, metals, remineralises and creates a good pH, important for our health. It comes with 2 years worth of filters so nothing to worry about for 2 yrs! The metallic taste from my current sink filter is gone when I use the watersco jug, winning! ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE, Thank You Watersco.

We purchased this filter jug, as the water at our holiday home has an awful smell and taste of chlorine, which has become worse recently. We also wanted to be able to take the filter jug with us when we travel interstate for holidays, where the water quality is also not great. It has solved the bad tasting water in both locations! A bonus has been that our tea mugs had been building up stains that had to be scoured off, which we thought was due to the black tea we drink, but since using the filter jug to fill the kettle there is no more staining!! The stains must have been caused by the water, rather than the tea, so no need to buy new mugs! We have recently travelled interstate with our filter jug and just dropped the filter into a large zip lock bag and slotted it back into the jug, then carried it in our hand luggage to keep it safe.

Everything seems to be going well so far! I do struggle popping off the top filter to change every fortnight, however maybe its my weak fingers haha.

I love this jug, its made water really enjoyable to drink. Ive noticed I feel like I have more energy and ability to concentrate since Ive used this product in comparison to normal tap water with fluoride. I wish the lid had a locking mechanism to make for an easier pour without having to use two hands. I do love that you can keep the date on top so you know when to swap out your filters and the fortnightly reminders are fantastic for the smaller filters so you can get the best out of your product. Its a really lovely customer service that you provide!

Ive been looking for a water jug for a while and finally settled on waters co. Glad I did, its perfect, you can taste the difference and even see it! Tap water is slightly tinted yellow , which you wouldnt know unless you compare it with the filtered water. From Melbourne. Very happy, thank you waters co!

Overall Im happy with the purchase, and the water tastes good which is the main objective. Id love to be able to do my own chemical analysis on the water coming out of the jug so I can determine how effective the filter actually is, but Id probably need to take the water to a lab. My only gripes are the water doesnt pour evenly from the spout, the pre filter lid is a bit hard to pull out to change the pre filter pad.

I purchased the AceBioPlus 1 Litre jug because had spent twelve months drinking the water from the larger 5L water filter and couldnt bear the thought of drinking tap water ever again! Easy to set up and works a treat as I only use 1 litre a day and it is always there for me when I need it. Great addition to my unit and couldnt recommend it too highly.

I bought this jug filter last December and I really love it. Its very easy to handle, doesnt leak, its easy to clean and the water tastes fantastic. I added a small clear quartz crystal into the filtered water compartment it charge it more. The filter time is quick. For further models it would be great to add a water counter to see how many liters actually passed trough already for a proper calculation on when to change the filter. I would like to know how long the jug will be safe to use and if it is recommended to buy a new one after 2 years of daily usage? If you could produce a model out of glass and stainless steal in the future I would definitely go for it!
