I purchased this product after investigating its properties. The main health issue I was trying to address was chronic constipation caused by medication. Unfortunately it has not helped me in this area but the other benefits have definitely surprised me. I have not been able to grow my fingernails for more years than I care to remember. My nails have always split and peeled. After taking this for over 6 weeks now I am surprised to see my nails growing and they are stronger. They are not breaking/splitting/peeling at the drop of a hat. My other surprise is the extra hair growth I am getting and my hair is not breaking as easily as it was. As a result of these side benefits I am seeing I will continue to take this gut powder as it is obviously working for my system. What is the worse scenario if you purchase this product is that it doesn't work but what if you try it and get benefits you didn't think were possible. Give it a go and take it regularly to see if you benefit from it. It's not expensive and I have paid more for nail hardeners that didn't work than I did for this product.
