Melissa officinalis (lemon balm) extract dry concentrate 100 mg 

Derived from dry leaf 1 g 

Passiflora incarnata (passionflower) extract dry concentrate 50 mg 

Derived from dry herb top flowering 500 mg

Eschscholzia californica (california poppy) ext. dry conc. 32 mg Derived from dry herb top 480 mg 

Matricaria chamomilla (chamomile) extract dry concentrate 10 mg Derived from dry flower 100 mg 

Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) extract dry concentrate 10 mg Derived from dry flower 100 mg 

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 11 mg 

Bifidobacterium longum (GUT5Y-1™) 0.5 billion organisms

Take 2 capsules, with water, 30 minutes before bedtime or as professionally prescribed. Store below  25ºC in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
