Each capsule contains: 

Withania somnifera (ashwaghanda) extract dry concentrate 125 mg 

Derived from dry root 1.5 g

Crocus sativus (saffron) extract dry concentrate (affron®) 14 mg Derived from dry stigma 42 mg 

Panthothenic acid (vitamin B5) 5 mg 

(from calcium pantothenate 5.46 mg) 

Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 5 mg 

(from pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate 7.84 mg) Mecobalamin (co-methylcobalamin) 5 micrograms Lactobacillus helveticus (GUT5Y-2™) 1 billion organisms

Take 2 capsules daily, with water or as professionally prescribed. Store below 25ºC in a cool, dry place  away from sunlight.
